hi, my name is jamie and i need your advise/help. i read a lot on this site so i feel like i can be personal and nobody here will make fun of me. i only had one wd in my life. it was the first time had an ejaculation and since then i haven't had any wet dreams. and yes thats because i don't have any self control! i can only seem to skip one day wanking before i cave in. So to all the more experienced wankers out there, what can i do to give myself more self control? i don't know if it feels the same for everyone else, but when i get an erection, its like my whole body screams at me to masturbate! like if i get a hardon in class, what i really want to do is just pull my pants down and wank it as hard and fast as i can until i shoot. its like fighting a sneeze or having to pee so bad i almost cant hold it. so when im home like now i can play video games and that helps take my mind off it. my brother hangs out with me too. during the day i can go outside and ride my skateboard or bike. but when im home at night in the bathroom, or shower, or in bed i cant seem to control myself. i don't know if anybody else is this way or am i just a weirdo. i don't think my friends are like that. but i am a good kid besides that. i know my brother does it, but probably not as much as me and he sometimes calls me a little jerkoff, and i don't know if he's kidding or if he knows how much i do it and he thinks im a pervert. i dont think i am, but i dunno -- i don't have a girlfriend, and i remember when i had my wd it just felt so good and real. i thought if i could have wd's it would be like having real sex. maybe better. but since i've started trying for this i found out just how weak i am with self control. today is my 3rd day, and i am doing real bad already. i haven't taken a shower yet, and if i make it through that, then i have to worry about laying in bed and not doing anything. it gets so intense feeling that i can feel my heart beating into it and it feels like i might shoot off just from that alone. so what can i do? is there anything? jamie

I tried to sleep naked (nude) and really liked it. The feeling of freedom felt good, but it was a bit of a turn on. You sound pretty normal to me. Fighting 13 year-old hormones is an uphill struggle, possibly not really worth it. If you don't want to spank it, don't feel too bad if you give in.

Best advice I can give is keep your self busy with projects or meet up with friends play football go to the movies etc general stuff what 13 year boys do.

If you feel the urge to masterbate try to think of something else that gives the anntennion to go away then carry on with your day.

What I would say, bearing in mind my own experience, is that I don't think you should fight it at your age. I know we are on a wet dream forum, and you are clearly interested in the topic, but with such an excess of hormones and an under-developed brain you are putting yourself under unnecessary stress.

Self-control is much easier to learn when you're at least 16 onwards, in my opinion. I didn't have my first WD until around that age, because it was the first time at which I was able to start mentally controlling my sex drive. No big deal at all.
