I am a LOVER of reading, though I wish I had more time right now to read more books for my own leisure, I ahve over 9 books to read for my childrens literature class this semester and I was wondering

do any of you guys know of any books that talk very directly about wet dreams or nocturnal emissions?
searching the internet I only found a couple
"Then again, maybe I won't" by Judy Blume

(essentialy the male version of her other book Are you there god its me margaret) and the book i learned online used the words wet dreams MANY MANY times and nocturnal emission a few times also

though the book doesnt use the word wet dream, the main character does have a "pleasurable" dream

I have never read either of the 2 books mentioned but want to especially read the 1st one.....

does anyone else know of any other fiction (or even nonfiction) books that talk about wet dreams?

Slaughterhouse Five does. I remember reading it in high school, and it talks about one of the characters waking up from a wet dream, and how his semen smelled like a "mushroom closet". I always remembered that one as a great description of how semen smells.

Yup I found the excerpt online, chapter 5

"Billy sniffed. His hot bed smelled like a mushroom cellar. He had had a wet dream
about Montana Wildhack."

Amazing - I hadn't read that book in 25 years, and I still remembered that passage. Thanks for finding it!

I was close - I got cellar mixed up with closet. Maybe my long term memory isn't as bad as I think it is. :)
