Hi.
This post is to share what I have found experimenting with ab and mb frequency.
Over a year ago, I joined wd forum and tried a few times to set ab records (personal best of 50), but most importantly get wd.
I had some wd initially, but have not had any in forever. After trying to go 2 or three weeks of ab, I would mb out of impatience. I have consistently done this, and changed my abbing from 3 days to 2 weeks. I enjoy abbing still because of the increase in energy among other benefits, but miss wd.
I think I have conditioned my body to wait for the next mb, so I do not get wd. My body seems to know a release will happen eventually so it does not need to cause a wd. Although it nice having self control over my mb desires, I would like to have wd.
As a remedy, I am going to do the 90 day challenge.I just discovered a close friend has had 2 successful attempts at the 90 day challenge (once a year he does it). Anyways I joined him, and we are going to support each other. His main motive is I think to stop porn addiction, but comes from reddit or somewhere. While he is trying not do mb himself, I am going 90 days, orgasm free. I will try to stay on hard mode (no touching/edging except when washing).
I hope through my doing so, I can have a wd, and stop mb all together if wd become frequent.

The weekend with my gf sadly ended in me caving in. I am still in the challenge though, and will keep a mental note (this happened on day 5).
I have been accustomed to the effects of abbing for around 2 weeks so there are no surprises here. My dreams are becomming more vivid, and I'm going to work on lucid dreaming during this challenge as well. For now I plan on doing a reality check counting my fingers.

I now have 76 days left.

Today was the hardest yet (pun intended). My mind was constantly drifting during class, and I realized I kept thinking about who in class I could date. I do not have a gf currently, nor have much interest but I think the excessive testosterone is changing that.
My dreams have lately been boring. For the most part except today, I don't think about mb. Morning woods are consistent, with the morning being worse than the afternoons.
