i wake up with lubey legs so does that mean i for sure have had wet dreams?
that has happened about half the days of the year.
it feels the same as after mbating/makeouts.
but i don't remember the dream
or maybe i was mbating when i was half asleep?

Yes, I would say that some of those nights you had a WD, even though you dont remember the dream. Not remembering the dream has happened to me, and it has been obvious that I have certainly ejaculated from an orgasm. Most times, however, I wake up while still ejaculating from a very hard and throbbing penis. I always remember the dream when I wake up shooting. Most times the dream is very erotic, but a few have been rather tame with little sexual content.

Of course, in your case, if you wake up without the afterglow feeling of an orgasm, the wetness could have been caused by either a dream or sleep MB'ing.

i know what i'll do: i'll stop sleeping with the extra pillow! sometimes that goes in my legs and could have made me rub on it.

Regarding ejaculation. Most guys ejaculate (shoot/squirt semen) during an orgasm. Some girls do squirt during an orgasm. When they squirt, some fluid is literally squirted from their vaginas during the contractions of an orgasm. Do you actually squirt or just get very wet?

my head goes back so i never see but my tummy is wet, so i think i sprayed there and my thighs are wet on the sides. not sure if its like a fountain or if i spray but its too wet in my bed always and really embarrassing when mum changes my sheets without warning etc.
