Hi im a 16 year old boy who until a year ago used to masturbate alot i've stopped masturbtin but now i have frequent wet dreams these started after i cAme back from a trip and hadnt masturbAted for 15 days . Now when i'm always fatigued and this is making it hard for me to exercise or plAy sports and it also causes me thigh inflammation and my knees have become really weak my stAmina has also decreased please help so that i can reduce the frequency of the wet dreams

Most of the people on this forum rather enjoy their wet dreams, and don't particularly want them to stop, or become less frequent. You can choose to masturbate, or not. It is only difficult for the first month or two. The biggest benefit of not masturbating is the great feeling. I actually learned to love the feeling of horniness. The only surefire way to not get wet dreams is to masturbate or have sex.

And even then, it's not a bullet-proof system.

Although uncommon, several times I've had a WD the very night of a day in which I had masturbated.

I seriously doubt that your complaints are based on wet dreams or can be "cured" by masturbation. You may need to see a doctor to determine that you don't have some other problem.
