I think it's not just getting back into the MB habit that's the issue. The problem is that it takes days or weeks of AB after frequent MB before the good AB feelings come back completely. It takes a while for the t-buzz to kick in, for horniness to become separate from MB, and even longer to be able to feel really horny and have little or no desire to MB. And of course a good WD will feel so much better than MB that it's not even funny.

If you've been MBing regularly, the only way you can get even close to those AB and WD feelings short term is to MB yet again. MB is a poor substitute, but at least you don't have to wait days or weeks for some good feelings.

But there is a reason why this site and other no fap sites exist. MB simply isn't good enough or exciting enough, and many people want more. But in this day and age, society and human beings are simply too complicated for regular sex to be an option for everyone as soon as they are capable of it. It can have a lot of unwanted baggage, complications, and responsibilities. You also don't have to be religious to see one nights stand as bad rather than good.

AB/WD mode is nothing new, it has been around for centuries. It is arguably more natural, normal, and fulfilling than the MB habit. And if a person is eventually going to have sex, it will feel a whole lot better and a lot more exciting if they do it as someone who never MBs.

Expressing and enjoying your sexuality by having intense, full body orgasms in WDs is more 'grown up' and mature than being an MBer.

AB/WD mode >> MB mode.
