Hello guys, I'm new here in this forum. I just want to know if I'm the only one here that has this kind of problem.

I started ABing since April 25 , 2014 until now for some reason. MB can cause acne breakouts in some guys and unluckily, I'm one of them. I'm MBing since I was 13 and my acne also started in that age. When I started AB, my face got clear out. Whenever I had a wet dream, I got few acne but not like when you are MBing! Anyone here that has this problem?

BTW guys, I'm an ectomorph guy and never gained weight, but when I started abstaining, I gain 2kg so far. Maybe MB is not normal. I'm planning that I will never MB again since my body has its natural process down there called nocturnal emissions.

Masturbating does not cause acne. That rumor got started because most males start masturbating and get acne at about the same time. One does not cause the other. They both result from hormonal changes in the body that start at puberty. Most acne can be controlled or minimized with facial/body cleansing and OTC products. Some cases need intervention from a doctor which might require prescription-grade topical antibiotics and perhaps oral antibiotics. Many cases (mild ones) disappear rather easily with prescription-grade topical antibiotics.

It is unfair and untrue to suggest that someone has acne because of masturbation or a lack of masturbation. If it really bothers you, wash your face along with your hands after masturbating.

Masturbating/not masturbating also does not affect weight. Masturbating burns some calories but it is a small number compared to your one's total daily output.

You are lucky you don't have this problem. But we have.

Maybe it's not a coincidence that when I'm abstaining, my face is clear and when I suddenly masturbated, I had an acne breakouts.
BTW, I'm cleaning my face almost trice a day. Cleanliness isn't the issue here.

I have never heard that MB causes Acne. That is a new one to me. Somehow, I doubt that the generic statement "MB causes Acne" can be in any way described as true. Certainly from my personal experience, MB NEVER caused me to have even the mildest form of Acne. I can honestly say the I did not get even one teeny weeny little zit after any of my MB sessions, and, believe me, I have MB'd many many times in my life!! What would be a better statement is "when I MB, I tend to get Acne, (or I always get Acne)". So, is the fact that a person MB'd and broke out with Acne, indicative that the Acne was caused by the MB? Or, has whatever caused the Acne breakout caused the person to MB. I think the latter scenario is closer to the truth, as it is said that Acne is caused by some hormonal issues, and we all know that getting horny (and therefore MB'ing) is definitely a hormonal issue!!

So, what conclusions be drawn in this discussion?

Does MB CAUSE Acne, I doubt it.
Can MB and Acne happen (coincidentally) at the same time? Most definitely, yes, but this does not mean that one caused the other to happen.
Does MB cause blindness, stunted growth, hair to grow on the palm of your hand, turn you into being gay, etc., etc.? Most definitely no!!!

It should be pointed out that not everything stated to be a fact on a forum (even the WDF) is necessarily a fact.
