after a recent record of 91 days of not ACTUALLY mb ( I did do things such as rubbing nipples to get hard and precum and even ejacualte in briefs)

but I dont count them as much as mb with my hand and my penis (but I know its not totally ab and I hope after this WD to not do anything to arouse myself besides being with my gf)

so I was aroused and wound up mb in briefs on saturday, and it felt sooooo good and SOOOO much semen was shot into my briefs

and I figured with my record broken it would be a while before my next wet dream or even precum

although I had two nights in a row of intense kissing and touching my gf (no sex), and thought it wouldnt make a difference

I slept naked both nights (as I freeball during the day after I showered after I mb and then went to go see my gf)

i.e. I didnt wear uw since about 630 or so sat night (and still am not wearing it as I write this)

but today I woke up at about 715 am and went to pee really quick, went back to bed asap (less than 4-5 minutes) and knew my alarm was set at 8; I know in fact I was awake when I went to pee, that was not a dream

and although I thought I was still awake I ejaculated and went to clean it up......little did I know when my alarm went off at 8 I had ejaculated in my sleep and I was completely wet next to me.....ejaculating and cleaning it up was all in a dream, but it felt so real and like I was awake

since it was over 30 minutes since I had the wet dream and I was sleeping naked it was all dried or sunk into the sheets so no evidence really or pics to take

but this was one of the first times I had a wet dream and woke up LONG after it happened, usually I wake up right after the wet dream to look at the evidence or make sure ti was a wet dream

when usually it wasnt a wet dream meaning there wasnt actually any ejac or wetness it was just in my head...so this time was definitely an inteesting afterwards of a wet dream

I have had similar experiences in the past in terms of MB followed by WD. I think that AB consistently is the key to WD and the odd ejaculation doesn't tend to stop a WD. But constant MB and porn probably doesn't help - in my opinion!
