That might be a record. But it is a stupid record of mine.

Every guy is designed to ejaculate. MB is just a way of doing it. The guy just should find a balance on what frequency is convenient for him.

What I think now is that fighting with yourself about failing to abstain after holding for certain number of days is just self-beating instead it's just better to accept MB as part of life.

MB is normal part of life as long as it doesn't distract you from your normal behavior (psychologically).

Setting a record to abstain is like trying to see how long you can last without eating desserts. Neither that many of desserts is bad, nor that you shouldn't eat them at all. Just find normal balance and live doing it.
