I'm interested in the correlation between MB frequency and how quickly one can get a WD. So, here's a poll for those of you who have had at least some success in achieving WDs: what, in your experience, is the fastest approach to getting a WD?

I realize what is "frequent" is kind of subjective...I'd more or less arbitrarily call something like 5x per week or more "frequent" and anything less than every other day "less frequent," but please answer more based on patterns you've seen according to what's "normal" for you rather than some objective measure.

Maybe that's still kind of unclear... Ultimately what I mean is, if it takes you 60 days of AB to get a WD when you're used to MBing multiple times per day, but only 30 days when you're used to MBing only once per day, you'd say "less frequent MB." Make sense?
