I'll be quick , please share your opinion :

I've been having wet dreams since long ago .. I'm still on rebooting ( several relapses and restarting .. ) ... it's day 22 now of no PMO ..

I almost never had A hangover after a wet dream , but three days ago , I had a wet dream , it was so clear and I wasn't in deep sleep as far as I remember .. ( I was three weeks of no pmo )

when I woke up I felt headache , dizziness , no energy , and strong depression ! ... this lasted for a day and a half !!! .. I felt so strange and weird ! ...

I keep on thinking what caused this hangover ! , it was a wet dream , I had no willpower over the orgasm and the ejaculation ... but could my brain take it as a willing ejaculation ? I've read somewhere that only masturbation after long abstaining can cause that kind of hangover !! ... but in that dream I couldn't stop it , it wasn't voluntary ! ...

has this ever happened to you after a wet dream ?

Orgasms only release chemicals into your brain that make you feel good. If an orgasm makes you feel bad, imo you should tell your doctor about it. Feeling bad after an orgasm isn't normal. And I think feeling anything at all from an orgasm for so long after it is also not normal. Your doctor might find that it's nothing serious, but I think you should ask to be sure. :)

I would say that your night of restless sleep produced the hangover, not the orgasm. Have felt exhausted after a WD but because of a bad night's sleep!
