I have a lot of wed dreams during night time sleep but I woke up today from a nap with this as a result. I don't recall much of the dream, other than it being sexual in nature but I have never had this to happen during a rare nap during the day.

Qube, I doubt that would be possible. I don't think the anesthetic brings on REM sleep, which is needed to have a wet dream. Anyway, I'm guessing my surgery was over in less than 30 minutes and that I was then moved to the recovery room. I don't think a WD in the recovery room would be embarrassing.

A WD just happens inside your pants. No one sees and no one else knows.

I am sure I have WD in more then a few times napping in my life. But one time stands out. I was 25 I think, in the Military, on a trip to Germany,. Well my team was new to the time line there from the USA so we were all dragging a bit. Well we did a lot of good work in the morning so our boss said we could take a long lunch 1-1/2 hr. after having lunch (45min) we decided to chill in one hotel room to not get too spread out. Think there was 6 of us men. We all found just a place in the room chair, bed, floor, well I just got some floor. I think I was asleep about 30min. Yes had a full WD soaked my men's Bikini briefs, woke up went to bathroom others still asleep. Tried to clean up, ended up getting out of my underwear just too soaked! Cleaned up my camo pants, thank god for dark green, brown & black. I just wrapped my underwear in toilet paper & put in cargo pocket till I got back to work & put with my other things. The strong smell of semen is what concerned me most with all men there, thought they would pick up on that smell for sure!
