I hadn't had an orgasm since mid December last year until a couple days ago.

I was lying in bed feeling very horny and aroused without an erection. I decided to lay naked and I got hard quickly and a few minutes later I had an orgasm and a very slow ejaculation. Not sure if it was more mental masturbation but it did happen quicker than previous mental orgasms.

Two days later (last night/this morning) I had a wet dream. I am going to continue abstaining to see what happens next.

I don't really mind if the orgasm is mental whilst awake or whilst sleeping. However it happens it is interesting to me.

I am wondering whether allowing the body to orgasm hands free whilst awake helps wds.

The orgasms I had before abstaining were with estim (so hands free).

Yeah, my penis was so sensitive but soft I felt as though any more rubbing from my clothes was going to make me orgasm so I just it naked and the intense feeling in my penis made me cum. I don't know whether that is more an se or just mental masturbation. I didn't have to think of much as I just enjoyed the feeling in my penis and it happened after a few minutes.

The ejaculation was rather slow. Started off with a good few seconds of just a gentle slow flow and then the orgasm happened when the shots started. It was as powerful an orgasm as with masturbating but felt good and relieved my sensitivity.

Well, could be mental mb... not that sure... depends a lot if you're trying to achieve orgasm due mental stimulation or not... like having an wake dream, you imagining things that would arouse you... That would be mental mb... But then, if you weren't thinking on that... maybe could be and SE... not sure also. But still, sounds to me a very nice experience and thanks for sharing! :D
