When trying to abstain what makes you lose control most often?

How many days have you managed to abstain and then what is that one episode that made you break your abstinence and you simply had to masturbate. Please specify.

For instance it could be that you are abstaining for 4 days and plan to go on but then you see this hot chick and you just need to relive yourself by masturbating. Or you saw this hot scene in a movie, or you read some hot comment, or you surfed a porn site. What is that one moment that made you ejaculate and break your abstinence?

Usually in the shower, edging goes just a step too far...

Usually end up getting aroused to some sort of porn or reading something hot.

Edging is another thing which I am trying to avoid. Have done it a couple of times in the shower whilst cleaning. Haha

For most of us, I suspect, there are triggers. A place, a smell, a person etc. If we could avoid the triggers we could probably hold out much longer. The problem is we play with those triggers and we we try and kid ourselves we'll be ok when all along we know we won't. Because secretly we want to give in and experience the fleeting pleasures of mb as least as much as we want to abstain. And therein lies the problem imho.

Interesting InterestedGirl. I'm sure that there must be a biological reason for that.

For me it's the smell of sweat (fresh not stale). Sometimes just walking into my bedroom can do it.

At a point after few days into 3-4 hours of edging, my body starts to push out the sperm, usually handsfree. After I have the ruined orgasm, I usually give up since I have already broken the AB.
