I've noiced when I get pelvic pressure/pain while ABing (like I have really bad right now, OUCH!), it always hurts worse on my left side. Anyone else's blue balls/AB pain seem 1 sided?

Blue balls for me have always been just a general dull ache in the region as a whole, not isolated to the scrotum. Any pain I have while ab'ing tends to be more in the lower back (which is prostate-associated). And if I go more than a couple of weeks ab'ing and then give in, the actual ejaculation will often include a sharp pain in the lower back.

I am female, but women do have some glandular tissue that is analagous to the male prostate. Sayeth the ever-quotable Wikipedia:
"The Skene's gland, also known as the paraurethral gland, found in females, is homologous to the prostate gland in males. However, anatomically, the uterus is in the same position as the prostate gland. In 2002 the Skene's gland was officially renamed to female prostate by the Federative International Committee on Anatomical Terminology.
The female prostate, like the male prostate, secretes PSA and levels of this antigen rise in the presence of carcinoma of the gland. The gland also expels fluid, like the male prostate, during orgasm."
This is more prominent in some women than in others, but I would guess that since I do ocassionally ejaculate (like today :D ), mine is prolly pretty well developed. It seems like they are saying women can get prostate cancer, too, that's a scary thought. But men can get breast cancer, so I guess everything goes both ways (BTW, we need to find a cure for breast cancer, so October can just be "Breast Awareness Month"). I've heard regular ejaculation helps prevent prostate cancer, so maybe I should give up this whole AB thing and MB to my heart's (and, er, other parts') content after all.

You probably have varicocele in the side that hurts most, it is not dangerous. But may reduce sperm production in extreme cases.

No, I'm sure I'm not constipated. The pain I get isn't really in the abdominal area, it's lower in the pelvis, but I guess the intestine does loop down that far.

Interesting.
I do ejaculate as well during orgasms [well, I used to when having them lol] but I never felt any pain as a result of abstention.
My symptoms seemed to be merely mental. Like I was going mental :D
