While I've definitely had more wet dreams than se it would depend on how you define it. When I've had wet dreams I always fully ejaculate and have an orgasm while with se's that's only happened a few times but have also cum to lesser degrees on more occasions.
Quite often just a trickle so I don't know if that really counts?
