2. Eat Protein Rich Food
3. Take a multivitamin
4. No MB
5. No Edging
6. Massage erogenous zones (testicles, nipples, ears), but try to avoid getting aroused
7. Interrupt the REM cycles (wake up in the middle of the night, immediately go back to sleep)
Just wondering if anyone else had anything, and how effective their tactics have been for them.
