Foreskin Restoration

Hi Everyone,

I am circumcised. I was not born that way, but had an infection of sorts when I was four years old, so snip-snip it went.

I am curious to know if anyone has tried foreskin restoration via stretching. If you have, can you tell me your experience as well as the change in sensation. I have been following this organization called Foregen -- they are trying to regenerate foreskin for transplantation. Hopefully, that will be an affordable option one day.

I have looked into it and haven't really found good "at home" guides to try to get the foreskin back. I have really thought about having it done though because i would like to try it and see what it is actually like. Did you get any success stretching it?

Nice to meet you. I have restored/been restoring now for about 10 years on and off. I can assure you, there are many free/low cost nonsurgical ways to grow new skin tissue so you will have a covered penis again. Do you come to the chat room much? I have tried using something similar to the TLC, but stopped because it was difficult to continue. I did not stretch for long enough to appreciate any changes.

I am not sure if I really like the cosmetic appearance of restored foreskin (at least from the pictures I have seen online). To my understanding, true foreskin behaves much differently from restored foreskin? Moreover, true foreskin often has a nice pucker to keep the glans "tucked away," right? Also, restored foreskin seems much thicker than natural foreskin; is that true?

How has your experience been in terms of the restoration and changes in sensation? Have your hygiene habits changed as a result (i.e. smegma production).

I am on this forum as often as possible, but have a hectic schedule at times.

Restored foreskin can start off thicker than normal foreskin, but supposedly thins over time in those cases. Slow methods or intermittent regimes tend to produce results more akin to conventional skin, if I recall correctly. Multiple O-rings produce quite a tight fitting skin, which is supposedly meant to be conducive to the elusive 'anteater' tip once enough skin is produced. I am not there yet, with a lot of time to go.

Sensitivity, I can't begin to compare. It's like I have had my old penis removed and replaced with a different organ, and I mean that quite literally. I can't bear to be uncovered now if I'm wearing any underwear. I need my head to be protected, otherwise the friction from my underwear is painful and will make the skin go slightly pink if it happens to too long. I need it to be covered or I can't concentrate. Oral sex used to be mentally stimulating only, but lacked the force to get me off. Since my sensitivity has skyrocketed, I'm yet to have a girl suck me off and not cum from it. It's difficult to describe how the increased sensitivity changes sex. For some crazy reason, it ends up considerably increasing the intensity of orgasms too. Mine are now full-body orgasms, where I feel it in my neck, back, toes, legs.... you name it.

Hygiene is definitely a different ballgame now, and that's perhaps one downside. You do have to wash under your skin in the shower, or it will start to smell. Also, if you get any minor cuts or abrasions from MB, you need to be extra wary of hygiene, or you'll end up with an infection. I've been there twice since being fully covered. I used to get cuts even when I was in my un-restored state, but they would just heal. Most the time, they do when you're restored, but you can't just take it for granted that they will.

I've been restoring for about 10 years, although it's fair to say I've definitely been doing it on and off. If I knew then what I know now, and I had stuck at it, I probably could have achieved coverage to the point of anteater in maybe 3-5 years?

Don't listen to DudeNickey. He obviously has no experience in restoration of any sort it looks like.

I have been restoring for 2.5 years or so now. I use a variety of ways to tug on my skin. it either being my DTR (Duel Tension Restorer), tape methods or my hands. It all works. Just takes time.

There are sites and forums that are very helpful and very good information for restoration.

I saw my first signs of looser skin after the first week of manual.

Most of the guys I know who are cut wish they weren't. An alternative to full on restoration that is more temporary is buying a cover for the glans. I've seen a couple, some like a senslip and others that are basically just a material resembling mucosa on the inner side of a shield or something, and I've heard that they can help cut guys to see what a foreskin feels like, kind of like a "free trial"
