ITS SEEMS TO BE FIX AGT. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, MULTIPLE EDITS ALLOWS US TO UPDATE OUR JOURNAL ON THE FIRST POSTING OF OUR JOURNAL. THE MULTIPLE EDITS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERN IS THE ONLY EFFICIENT WAY TO FOLLOW THIS BOARD. WITHOUT THIS FEATURE I WOULD PROBABLY QUIT POSTIING HERE.

Yeah, I know it is fixed. As i said in the other thread, I removed the edit capability to try to prevent certain members from changing their posts after receiving replies. I got the impression of the original (unedited) post was there only to get certain responses. Once the replies had been received, the member changed his original post, thus making the replies somewhat confusing. You could always edit your post, as long as it was within 6 hours of posting it. Due to the complaints, I decided to restore the full edit capability.

Regarding editing your first post in your journal. I wonder how many members bother to read the first post multiple times. I think most members click on the little icon to view first unread post in the topic. This means that all your effort to update the first post in the topic is really meaningless and an utter waste of time, which, as far as I am concerned, is the MOST INEFFICIENT WAY TO POST ON THIS BOARD. However, you may continue wasting your time in being inefficient. That is most certainly your right, as is your right to stop posting in the WDF.
