mostly i'm trying to stay away from porn/erotic pictures/sexual online videos! and when i'm back into masturbating, it goes right to that because i can't control myself. once i get over the 2 week ejaculation hangover and am on a decent stretch of abstaining, i feel a lot better mentally. and my sole reason is to feel better, and porn just takes me to a bad place so getting away from that is the most important way for me to get back on track.
Like some on here, WD's aren't my top priority, but if i get more of them through this type of lifestyle i'm not guna get upset over it 
lol maybe it is a more natural way/cycle of release but i have to keep with it longer to find out for myself.
are you thinking about AB?

thanks for the reply. not specifically thinking about AB'ing. Just want to have a healthy sense of sexuality and found this site very interesting when I came across it. Some of my orgasms have been much more intense from WD's than MB that look forward to them.

i agree with you Rey92, it's more of a moderation kind of thing. too much of a good thing is bad, too little of a good thing is bad as well. i'm still exploring options and figuring out what works for me, but this is just another step in that process to finding out what feels right. AB can be a lifestyle or a phase, but it's worth trying if you haven't!

I agree^
For me it's religious, and trading the bad effects of MB( tired and low motivation and bad mood) for good ab feelings of high energy and good mood. I also love wd. I have no problem with porn as I have managed to never watch it. It gets harder as time passes.
