Thought I'd start a log so I can look back on it and see what I felt. I am presently on day 2 of ab (which is a record for me since for the last 4 years I've mb daily). I have had a few WD in my past and recall them feeling awesome so I want to experience them again. I've been reading other people's logs and trying to get ideas on how to ab. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Wish me luck cuz I think I'll need it.

Not watching porn, not MBing and being AB are all part of one thing: taking control of your own life and actions. The WDs can start once your body is accustomed to not ejaculating constantly to MB.
I'm on day 50 of my current AB session & have had 3 WDs since starting. I don't know what I got out of those decades of daily MB, but I'm done with them. The post-orgasmic feeling when I wake up after a WD is better than thousands of meaningless quick pops. Good luck!

Well this may be hard to believe but I already blew it today 
Was chatting with someone and got so carried away I couldn't help it. So now I start over and try again. Sort of a bummer but it also felt super good. First try, first failure. Will try again.

It's not like anyone was harmed or anything. If you fail at AB, just start again until you get better at going longer at it.

i guess the right way to get motivated is thinking about how far you've come.
I constantly MB every day... even edging. everytime I lie in bed, I rub my crotch on my long pillow. (this method makes me cum before, I was a TMS practitioner before)...
I MB in the shower once... I watch porn... and talk dirty with my partner...
BUT I never allow me to cum.
When I'm nearing the point of no return, it seems I can let go, but once I think of how long I've been doing this and not ejaculating for long, I can stop voluntarily. I don't want to waste my effort.
