Tips for losing weight
1.Eat green vegetables,spinach,cabbage,barcarolle,carrot,cucum ber etc,
2.Drink maximum water.Minimize oily and fatty foods.
3.Avoid depression and stress.
4.Minimize the use of sugar and cold drinks.
5.Do exercise on daily basis,it is necessary for health.Running,swimming,cycling are good for this.
6.Take proper sleep.

i dont want to come off like a troll...but why would not drinking cold drinks help you lose weight? i heard being cold could (in theory) help you lose weight because your body burns more calories trying to keep you warm...
