AB discomfort

It has been 16 days since last MB. I feel constant perianal heaviness. Any help?

Do you mean a pressure in your crotch/taint area? That is from your prostate being full. It's nothing to worry about and should go away after a while. It kind of comes and goes I think with most people. You will probably have some seminal leakage after you pee or have a bowel movement pretty soon. That helps relieve some of the pressure.

Precisely! I just experienced a huge leak with bowel movement. Almost a teaspoon full of clear fluid! Feel so much relieved! Does this put my possibility for a WD back?

Helps much with perianal discomfort, but balls become increasingly ache-y. Any advice for that?

It is heaviness rather than pain. I feel that any underwear is difficult to tolerate so switched to loose boxers rather than briefs with partial relief only.

Yeah, your balls are achy bec they want release! Either mb or tough it out and you'll eventually get wd relief. But they will prolly not be as achy every day. Try taking a warm bath or evem shower. The warm wter might help relax the tension. Avoid sexual stimulation, that will only make it worse

I have to board on a 10 hour flight soon. Do anyone of you ever have a wd while on a plane? I will surely fall asleep for a few hours and i think it would be very embarassing if woke up wet! Is there a way to prevent etness from showing off?

i posted this somewhere else but i'm gonna share it to you in case you haven't read it
after 3 weeks of AB, I felt a pain in my hypogastric area. I'm afraid it's appendicitis so I palpated my tummy for rebound tenderness and guarding... it's not.
+the pain radiates to my rectum...
the next morning when I sit in the toilet trying to expel a very hard poo,
I noticed that I'm about to pee so I let it go. (I usually look at my penis when defecating). after peeing, I was about to wipe the head with a tissue paper when i noticed something white came out. (i don't consider infection, i'm an MD student, I know how to tell)
so I tried to smell if it's an infection, and I noticed that it was the familiar bleachy smell of semen I used to smell when I masturbate to ejaculation.
This scared the shit out of me, because I don't really have that orgasmic feeling of release.
At school, when i peed at the urinal, there came the semen-ish thing again after i peed. it's definitely not urine, because it's more viscous, and it's white... with yellowish tinge due to abstinence...
now, I'm living with it. i guess this is really the way youre testicles get rid of stored old sperm cells...
during defecation I guess can be explained by prostatic massage through the help of the hard feces.
