Not always, sometimes for me, it is dangerous to get really horney before bedtime. It is harder to resist the urge when you are already tired and your defenses are down. These forums are littered with idea and theories on how to get a WD, some of their theories may work, some do not... I is a very personal thing. GOOD LUCK.

Honestly, try your best to take your mind off of it. Being super anxious about having a wet dream doesn't help your chances of having one: if anything, it hurts those chances. I would suggest not edging (jacking off without orgasming), watching porn or doing anything that triggers an urge to jack off. The less you think about it, the better off you will be.

I fully agree with Aflo and blue4. Focus on the benefits of AB and using the time you would've devoted to mb to do something uplifting.
