Because I have a long daily commute, and because I'm on a quest for my first ever WD, (see my other posts), I figured I'd donate some of that spare time trying to 'train my brain' into having a WD. Here's what I've tried...

There are several of those hypnosis mp3 files out there. For one work week, I listened daily in the AM and the PM, about 30-40 minutes each. I have one called "Jackpot - No Hands.mp3" (more for SE) that I listed to in the AM, and one called "wetdreams-hypnosis.mp3" that I listed to on the way home.

The good news is that I expereinced a SE listening to Isabella Valentine's Jackpot on the 2nd day. (although I was late for work...

The bad news is that it didn't lead to any WDs or even sexy dreams. (At near 40, I haven't even had a 'sexy' dream in several years) I'd even be happy with one of those.

I've tried a few other free ones from the web, but they are all pretty much very similar, and the ones about WDing don't even excite me. (I've also tried before bed)

Some of the stuff I read on this site suggested that education may have a role in WD, so perhaps it's more mental. On a limited basis, I have tried eliminating visual porn, and listening only to "jackpot", which does get me in the mood an leads to occasional SEs. It hasn't lead to any good dreams though.

Anyway, I'll let you know if any of these continued hypnosis studies end up working its way into my dreams. So far, no luck.

I've tried listening to Isabella Valentine too but her recording never worked for me. How often do you get SEs with her jackpot recordings?

I tried the "Jackpot - No Hands" yesterday and all it did was leave me feeling aroused (I'm currently on day 7 of AB so it does not take much to get me going). How do you all feel about these hypnosis recordings and resetting the counter? I mean, if you listen to these with the intention of having an orgasm, is that the same as MB? Personally, I think I will stay away from these in the future just because it makes AB more difficult, but I am interested in your opinions on whether hands free is within the bounds of AB.

I also tried the Jackpot thing. It did work, but probably not in the way it was meant to work. IMHO she doesn't spend enough time working you up. Once she starts talking about arousing thoughts, she goes back into 'relax' mode on and off a few times. That is where she loses me. I get aroused at the start of that phase but I stop being aroused when she tells me to relax. Arousal and relaxation just don't really go too well together for me.

After a few tries of (I think) having dry orgasms, I did finally manage to cum once with Jackpot 1, despite being almost completely flaccid. Overall, I have the same problem as kevy and luvs: I get really, really aroused for awhile, but by the time she actually reaches the countdown, I'm back to being flaccid.

Tried this Jackpot recording again this evening! This time after a fairly long AB period I have to say, and plus as I think having been off work on holiday and having more sleep so being much more relaxed it really did work for me this time! Yes I really amazed myself with this Jackpot! I had a couple of goes before and kind of got bored with it half way through if that's the right words and just lost my hard on at some point and be it very restful and gave me a great feeling! I could just not gain my hard on back on those other times! Yes I think your spot on that is one of the the keys to this " Jackpot" If you can get in this trance like feeling and state and really believe you are being touched down there I think there is a greater chance of going all the way! I will be honest I rather poo-poo it as a load of old rubbish after the first couple of goes at it. But be it just good luck or what after last evening I have changed my mind! I last MB on the 23rd December 2012! I have had a couple of small SE while out running in Jan and one in Feb! But these days at my age I seem to have good will power and can go many months with out MB and feel better for it to! As long as I get a release like a SE or WD at some point I'm fine with out MB. I did have a very active sex until I lost my wife to cancer a few years ago so from the age of 23 until in my late 40's I did MB regually and also have sex 3 or 4 times a week! Thanks Kevy. In that case, I think it probably comes down to two things.

1) How long it has been since you last came

2) How well you are able to truly surrender to the experience, whilst staying attentive to your hypnodomme


The first is easy. Just don't MB and eventually you'll get to a sufficient state where it can happen

The second has a lot of factors at play. Your ability to truly surrender is dependent on how relaxed and happy you are in yourself, and also, how tired you aren't. Obviously, how quiet and undisturbed your setting is will play a big part too. I've tried a couple of times and literally fallen asleep I get so relaxed. While that's really nice, it's certainly not what I was aiming for. I find that even the slightest little worry about a big issue in your life can stop you from even getting hard when she tells you.

Isabella has also released a Jackpot companion guide where she talks about how to get the most out of Jackpot. One take-home point for me was that she advised listeners not to 'want' a handsfree orgasm, but to simply enjoy the experience. I've done a few erotic trances, and some are incredibly memorable. I think you have hit the nail bang on the head with your two main thoughts on this " Jackpot" I personally think number one is how long you have been ABing from MB so there for how much you really want to cum as I say I really wanted to cum last week when I had the success more than anything so this then had the knock on effect of making me so much more attentive and so wanted to concentrate on the idea and not think it silly or daft and I did really believe from the start she could make me cum! One thing I was a bit dumb about when it came to Jackpot was that I think it helps if you are horny beforehand. I have tried it on nights when I simply am not at all horny, and at those times, it really just ends up getting boring. The last two times I've tried Jackpot (the original) I think may be the first times I've actually "been under." Thats interesting. All the times that I listened to this recording I consciously vibrated my body just as you did. There was however one time that I actually was in a trance for a short amount of time that i just couldn't stop the sensation. At that point my conscious took over and wanted to know if it could stop the sensation, but couldn't for a few minutes. After that I lost concentration and started to vibrate consciously again.
