Hey there. I'm new to this forum (been reading for the past month or 2, but haven't joined until recently) and I am wondering if anyone else leaks semen after they urinate or are done pooping. Not like an orgasm or ejaculation, but just a little bit of semen or precum (maybe 2 tsp) coming out. I've been abstaining since May 30 and have been sticking pretty close to the "no touch" rule. I've been getting pretty anxious for a WD and since its almost been a month, I'm getting a little frustrated.

Anyway, thoughts on the subject? Is this normal? Does anyone have some sort of explanation for this? I've tried searching google several times, but I can't seem to find any information. Thanks guys!

this happens to me very regulary if ive gone for more than 5 days without an ejaculation.

I've been noticing this also, and more so when I wipe.

that is a completely normal phenomenon - I always leak some milk with a period of ABing, after peeing or having a poo. Others have reported it commonly in this forum too.

I usually leak cum before pooping.

Cool. Its good to know that I am not alone with this. I wonder why it happens this way and not another though? Like why wouldnt the body choose to get rid of a large amount of it instead of just little amounts of what I guess is overflow or what's left over from your system making semen? Its all just real interesting to me.

As a side note, I ended up breaking my AB last Wednesday after waking up around 1:00 am super anxious (I think thats the right word/feeling) for that release/orgasm. I didnt use my hands at all. I was wearing tighter fitting underwear and rubbed myself up against my bed and it didnt take long for me to blow. I can't honestly say that I was that disappointed though. It was getting to the point where my fantasies and thoughts were getting pretty out of control and I was constantly wanting an orgasm; simply put, the whole AB was getting to be real distracting. I am going to keep trying for a WD and hopefully I can be a little more strong willed or be able to stuff those urges/feelings a little better. I dunno.

So, I talked to my doctor when I was in for a check-up a couple weeks ago and she said that having a little semen come out after a bowel movement or urination is completely normal. She said it had to do with something along the lines of the closeness that all those organs have (the prostate, bladder, etc.) and the amounts of pressure that you get when you have to urinate or poop. When that pressure is relieved off the prostate, it causes semen to leak, considering there is a lot in there, which is the case when you are abstaining.

Wow. I'm so relieved to read about this hear from so many others. This happens to me all the time while I'm AB'ing. Usually at about day 5-6 I experience this. Sometimes it's a few drops, sometimes it's quite a bit - as in nearly a full EJ's worth, just not as opaque white. It's more of a slightly milky clear. I'm on day 9 right now and this happened to me yesterday. After my "movement" i felt a little tingle down there, and saw the first small ooze, then had some mild contractions and a LOT of fluid.

I kinda like when this happens. It's the nearest thing I get to a WD aside from the 1 real one I've ever had.

I have only had that happen when i am using the restroom while i am aroused.

So last night (day 30 of AB), this happened to me. I had the start of an erotic dream (yay!) But then I woke. I decided to go to the bathroom since I was up, even though in retrospect I really didn't need to. Instead of urine, it was almost all pre-ejaculate. Cloudy to almost all white, fairly thick and bubbly. I've had some of this happen before, but nowhere near this extent. It was like all 30 days of my AB came pouring out, without the fun of an orgasm. Now I'm wondering if I need to reset my counter - or is this just a sign off more good things to come? I'm confident if I was able to fall back asleep the stuff in the pipes would have become a full WD.

Can't recall this ever happening to me but I guess it would be a little weird if it did.

Haven't been on in a while. If I were you, I wouldn't reset my counter because the ejaculation was completely involuntary and the result of a WD in the making. I would classify it as an SE. It seems like an amazing experience.

Sometimes I noticed small blobs of semen oozing out after urinating, esp when i tried to squeeze out any remaining urine with my PC muscle whilst stroking my penis shaft. Or my urine turns cloudy with lotsa bubble during urinating.
This happens only after urinating n ONLY when i've abstained fr masturbating (AB) long enough, ie couple of weeks to a month or so. My search thru the internet revealed that its due to "over-masturbation". Been worried & at the same time confused.
1) After reading some posts here, it has led me to believe the "leakage" could be due to my AB? True? Noticed that if i masturbated, the leakage dont usually occur. Yes, I confirm me too I usually leak some cum before peeing and more so when pooping, in a period of AB. Although this release is not helping too much, because I feel heavy and horny and does not relieve so much pressure...

if no ejaculation or sexual activity for a time ( vary from one to other ) , so one can develop spontinous ejaculation especially on forced defecation or after urination with no erection .... this is normal way the body get rid of extra semen .... it happened to me after 3 months of no sexual activity at all

This happens to me ABing or not. I get a little after peeing but a fair amount from most bowel movements. My doctor has said that it is just that I need to empty my prostate more often.

This happens to me sometimes after a large bowel movement. I always understood that it was due to fullness and movement pressing against the prostate gland.
