Yes, this happens to me too after a few days of AB, I think its the 'pooping' that does it the most, possibly because of P spot stimulation, I'm not sure.
Although it is definitely semen and can be quite a lot. I don't think it would necessarily prevent a WD, although I could be wrong.
It always seems like a waste to have it come out like that, almost any other way is better!
