Chestnut Tree Wet Dream Mystery

I recently had on of the strangest experiences, like a deja vu remembering something from a dream, or more accurately a smell.

In the past I have mentioned this odd aspect of some of my earlier wet dreams which included in them a sense of smell which was confusing to know if I was really smelling it or dreaming it and just couldnt get it out of my nose, if you know what I mean. A couple times the smell was something like underarm BO (mine) but a few times it was definitely the smell of semen. I would actually smell it in the dream before I even ejaculated, and it seemed to be part of the events which led to the wet dream and I would continue to smell it while awake, and of course I would panic and be embarrassed and self conscious thinking that the smell was MY semen and others could smell it too.

Until I realized that this happened while sleeping only at a particular location around this time of the year. While visiting family I would have a room and usually the windows would be open. We were not at the house much so I did not notice it during the daytime. But recently I was there walking around the yard in the morning and there was this SMELL which made me freeze and panic. My heart started pounding and I thought Why does it suddenly smell like semen everywhere? Until I realized it was a TREE!!! I found out that it was a chestnut tree (an ironic joke of a name?) and that when it blooms these long fuzzy things it gives off this smell which is more like semen than any flower I smelled. At least it must be the closest thing that a plant makes that smells like our semen.

So I realized that maybe what happened years ago is that during the night or morning this smell would waft into my room while I was sleeping and it would get incorporated into my dream, and possibly even triggered a wet dream??? It would be interesting to find out if sleeping under or near a blooming chestnut causes or increases wet dreams.

Anyone else know about this?

hmm... the entire east of the USA was at one time dominated by American Chestnut trees in the forest. They were almost entirely killed off by disease about 100 years ago. It has been suggested in this forum, that guys in USA MB more than in eastern (orient) cultures....

Maybe at one time guys in USA got plenty of wds on account of the chestnut trees... but now they just resort, out of neccesity, to MB for release.
