It is nice, that you've decided to stop MB. I think every man have to experience a WD. Yes, it is very good feeling, especially if you dream a sexual dream.
Try not to think about porn or MB very much. What is more, cold shower also helps to calm down.

Congratulations on making it to day 2. Hope that you stay successful. Everyday is a temptation to MB but many guys succeed in getting a wd and it is a great experience. Abstaining worked for me and I got wd's. Good luck

Good to see you posted again. The 3 days you went was 3 times longer than you usually make it! I find it helpful to decide ahead of time how many days I want to go for. Unsure how many days you want to abstain for but good luck.

Welcome USA. I can honestly say that stopping mb is a fairly difficult thing to do. There's no such thing as a failure, each day of not stroking is a day in the right direction. It's a lot like stepping down off any habit. There are people who give something up, slip, and then regroup, refocus and keep aiming towards their goals. You're view of "It's a new day" is a good one to have, just keep it up, and you'll do fine. Before long, you'll have a WD!

Hi
I know I haven’t post anything since a month ago but what happen to me was very strange.
This is what happened
I went to Austin to go visit my grandparents but I ended stalled in my cousin. One day me and my cousin decided not to sleep all night. We first were watching videos ( not porn videos) but then for no were he put an adult video. I didn’t said nothing and continued putting more adult videos. After a couple hours of watching videos I went to the restroom you know for what. Then we watched movies and we talked about girls. It was almost 6 when I felt asleep. Then I could believe that I had a wheat dream. I wakeup ejaculating and not knowing what going on. I remember my dream.
My question is why I had a wheat dream if a masturbate the day before.
