The goal of this thread is so simple. If you MB'd during your AB and WD quest, simply come hear and let others know how you feel about it. How much negative effect it brings, and how much remorse you feel doing so. How much you wish that you would have resisted the temptations, etc.

Why? simple, if someone is having a bad day, or just about to give in, he would come and read this thread, and realize it is better to stay strong rather than feeling remorse.

I just got the idea from some journals in which some people said that what saved them from giving in is a post by someone saying how bad he feels about giving in.

of course most of update their logs but having everything in one place would help.

To make things consistent, lets try to 1) add your AB period. 2) what caused you to give in (like edged and couldn't hold back, watched born, etc). 3) how do you feel? , etc.

If you like the idea, lets get started. If the thread remains empty, they we are all doing great

hiya, my first(reply) post in ages but I cant believe anyone would feel guilty about having a wet dream? what harm can it possibly do,maybe a little embarrassing at the wrong time as I've found out awkward moment explaining cum stains but what can you do? its like sneezing,what needs to happen is just going to weather you want it or not. I had my first wet dream in quite a while just a night ago(why I'm here) and while I would have preferred to have been at home as it'll look rather suspicious it was a fantastic experience, I might feel some guilt if fantasizing over a work colleague or friend but a wet dream is out of our hands,I had one over a girl I barely know and when I see her its made me feel good about her and I wont tell her so wheres the harm.I made a mistake of telling a girl once and embarrassed myself more than her but guilt? why its not my fault, infact I've heard it's flattering to some people, I dont think blurting out 'I came over you last night ' is complimentary but put the right way it is actually a real boost for some girls not a reason for guilt. after all who wouldnt like to be able to make someone pop their cork about them without even touching them,its magical really.

I feel so down, cause I did it again... I couldn't keep my mind away from MB, I was sooo horny! Tried cold shower, putting ice, or doing sports etc... But nothing could stop me. I feel so guilty!
