I'm glad to hear you are doing pretty good after your serious accident.

Today is Day 19 for me. My longest run of NO MB is 90 days.

Has a connection between the frequency of WD's and viewing porn but NO MB been established, i.e. does not viewing porn increase or decrease the frequency of WD's, or no effect? Zach and others please feel free to comment, time permitting. Thank you!

Hi there, well I made it. seeing my progess on the chart was relay usfull. Apart from sex with others the not masterbatting seems some times easey than others. some time I slip up over and over two or 3 times a week and then others I get right though 30 day and more.

I have had sex with a old gillfriend and it was very very good!!! not MB inproves this I come off once beforhand so it's easey to holed back to give her a good time and it's very intence for me.

would like to reset the counter for the 30 day to day and also want to give the 60 days agow

idk for sure. i can tell you for me Not viewing porn helps me cuz it makes my mind search. i mean looking at a quick porn video isnt gonna affect me at all but watching porn for the purpose of getting a boner most definately will affect my chances for a wd.

what happens is up to you. some people only count MB as a fail and have sex regularly so its really up to you if you want to count it as a fail or not. I will prob count sex as a fail for me but i havent decided yet. haha. so you decide and let me know when you fail.

Everyone please remember to post here if you fail or any other reason. It would help me if while your on at some point to double check you day count and make sure its correct. Also might help if people would check in and double check their day counts and let me know if everything is ok. There have been a lot of people that havent checked in or posted a thing.

How are you? Can you please correct your chart? Saturday, Sept. 17 should have read Day 24 for me, not Day 22. It is now Day 27 for me. Thank you!


For me, not looking at porn is a far more difficult challenge than not MB, but it is do-able. Starting today, Sept. 20, abstaining also means not viewing any porn or any other videos/photos/drawings/cartoons of people who are nude, or topless women, including body painted models. Reading or listening to erotic stories as well.

I still have not had a WD, I wonder if I would have gotten one much sooner without any online porn. On Sep. 6 I had an orgasm in my sleep, but no WD, which is common for me.
