I've just made 50 days of AB. Some might think it's easier on the wrong side of 40 years, but the quality of my wood suggests otherwise. I'm not particularly anxious about getting a WD. When I went 8 weeks in my teens without MB, I didn't get a WD. That's not my primary goal. The main purpose of my fapstinence is to regain energy and feel more alive. So far, it feels like I've un-aged at least 10 years.

First day on the forum, first day as a member, day four since last MB, why not keep going I guess so count me in.
Only ever had one WD about 20 years ago so it'll be interesting to see if this challenges gets any different results.

I'll join in, 30 days (or, until after the end of February) seems a good target.
I just managed 19 days (That's my record, I've hit 19 days on two occasions), so 30 seems a good next step.
Today is day 0.

I haven't MB'ed since Jan 19th. I'm deployed to Afghanistan right now, and it's my goal to go until June (which is when I go home) without getting myself off. I'm actually not doing this for the WD's (though they are a positive side effect!), but mainly because I want to starve myself of physical stimulation for as long as possible until I see my girlfriend again. I'm interested to see if things feel different after so long without MBing, since I know in the past, frequent MB actually decreased my sensations during sex, so the goal this time is to do the direct opposite and see what happens.

No WD's yet, but ever since I was a teenager I've always had them whenever I go without MBing or sex for a few days, so it should be any night now.

I lift weights a lot while I'm here, and I'm noticing that after a week without an orgasm, I feel a constant kind of low 'buzz' of energy. More alert, a bit quicker reacting, more aggressive... And definitely insanely horny. I do notice though that my performance in the gym seems to have a little extra push of energy, like I'm naturally wired up. Could all just be in my head, but if it's making me lift better, I can't complain!

Haven't done MB for months - and no on else to take on the job either. Lots of eyecandy around though and starting to get pretty randy these days. Tendency to 'waste' time on hot websites these days - maybe Spring is coming early, or I am!

Six days in and the urge to MB is kicking in. Must clear my mind and focus on something else. Must make it to the week... and then some.

I'm on Day 19, trying to abstain for Lent.

So far so good! I've not MB'ed for 2 weeks Since I kinda screwed up the first several days of Lent. I may make up those days.

Thanks for the inspiration and challenge. I have been battled with MB for 37 years and have never lasted longer than 5 days. Never had a WD that I can remember - I started with MB when I was 12 because another boy scout showed me. Now I am on day 23 and not taking too much strain, but hoping for a WD sometime soonish. I will be travelling a lot next week, which is always hard when I need to resist temptation.
I find these pages really helpful, but also feeling a little down about my ability to push through....

I did AB for Lent once before when I was in secondary school (maybe 16 or 17) - I went 50+ days but still didn't have a WD It felt pretty good afterwards though as I'm sure you can imagine

I find that I don't start the WDs until at least 45-50 days after stopping MB.
