ice helps, as i understand it's what they also do in some asian massage centers to keep the place 'clean,' i.e. in the event that the client gets a boner, the masseur discreetly offers ice :lol:

That sounds about right Zach :) I remember when doing about reproduction in biology my teacher say to sit on something cold or put ice on your balls to increase production :P

Not sure... I am only nearing 3 days at the moment and haven't noticed it yet. But I have to admit in the past when going to a week it has really hurt. Just hoping it doesn't do it this time.

yeah me too.

im 30 days today and i did experience a dull ache awhile back that lasted maybe an hour or so that everyone here said was blue balls but other than that i have felt nothing.

That lifting/straining thing could easily go wrong and land you in a lot of trouble. You don't want a hernia. Really. Really. No.

There's an easier solution. I use it whenever I'm feeling congested down there and my partner isn't around. I just wrap my fingers loosely around my head and move my hand down as far as it will go and then back up again. Repeat 1-2 times per second until the congestion goes away.

I had a double hernia operation several years ago. I dont know any details about it other than i was young, like 6-8 yo. I have 2 scars, one upper left of my penis and the other upper right, both about 2" long, but my pubes cover them now.

i can relate to you guys, i have got a set of blue balls right now that ache so badly to cum. it's been 20 days since i have had any form of an orgasm. my personal best is 36 days, but still no wet dream.

Day 7 and my nuts feel like they`ve been hit for 6 with a large heavy cricket bat.

I stumbled on this site by accident, wondering if any other guys were trying to stay clear of mb for a while. My aim is for the end of june, but that seems so far away.

I got blue balls once and promised it would be the last time. A great way to deal with it is to shower with cold water. The cold water will make blood go to your testicles to keep them warm and should make the aching minor or disappear. Does anyone else find blue balls to be pleasurable? I'm on day 5 now and getting literally dozens, probably 30-50, throbbing erections a day accompanied by a dull ache in the nuts, but it's not painful or anything. Will it get more prominent or painful as time goes on?

Not sure what determines whether I get the bb burn or not. Can't be just the pressure of sperm because I'm carrying full tanks nealy all the time. Congestion is sometimes blamed but I have not noticed that bb gets worse or better with the edging that leads (?) to congestion.

When it gets really bad, I have known it last for a week or so then go away without any emission. Mysterious, huh?

Best treat it as a kind of reminder of male warrior status. I find it really quite cool if it seems to be brought on by some particular person. Being racked by an emotion like that is so intense, if a bit masochistic.

just got home from a date that had a lot of heavy petting, but no orgasm. my balls ache so badly right now. i got a major case of blue balls nad i want to jerk-off so badly. however, this is the first time in two weeks that i have been able to get past three days without jacking off, although a couple of them were spontaneous ejaculations unfortunately they were into to my slacks and i wasn't sleeping, so no wet dream! :(

First of all, prevention is the only way to avoid such ordeal. I don't think blue balls can happen to those who really know the art of making love.
