pre come every few days while awake

I think I'm a healthy male in my mid fifties who has not masturbated in over 5 years now. I find that if I don't have sex at least every week or so, I have pre come emissions usually after urinating, and sometimes at night every other day or sometimes during the day more than once. For personal reasons I choose not to masturbate. A recent PSA level of 1.7 has not changed much over the years. Is it normal at my age to have pre come emissions , could I be experiencing a change in my prostate that could possibly be cancer? I usaully but not always have sex every weekend and ejaculate 4 to 5 times from Friday evening through Sunday morning. I'd appreciate any of your thoughts here relevant to my circumstances.
