Well done on the abstinence. If you read enough on these forums, you will see that the science behind WD is still very much uncharted territory. From what I can tell after reading plenty - just like dreams itself, wet dreams are very much still a mystery to us. Hence there is no real formula that you can follow to make it happen.
In my case, I simply understand that my body keeps on producing sperm which is stored, until the storage space is full, and then it overflows. I thought that would be the case for most, but it seems not to be. And even if it is, your body might be producing sperm at slower rate or something like that.
I think a healthy body is important and might contribute to a potential WD. I highly recommend you get to a gym or some sort of exercising, drink that 8 glasses of water, and follow a simple diet of less sugar and fat.
