Need your advice

I'm wondering if I just had a SE after going to the bathroom. I was pushing hard on my stool to come out, when it did a rush of what I thought was urine came out but I don't think it was. I looked at the tip of my penis and noticed milky white drop on it. Did I just have a SE? Its been 5 weeks not MB so far and no WD yet. This is the first time this has happened to me. Will this delay my WD or is this a sign of a WD dream coming very soon? Or does this happen before a WD? Or is this leakage that happened? Please help me figure this out.

Update, and know I'm kinda of having this feeling of fullness in my genitals, kinda hurts a bit, is this normal?

I've had that happen after a week or so of AB (much more than once). I'd call what happened leakage, not an SE, because, if it's like what happened to me, the liquid, which I think must be prostate fluid, just flowed out, so there was no actual ejaculation.
