Well this is my first time here.. Im 40 yrs old and found this site to hopefully help me to obtain some WD's . I am married and have two stepdaughters. I would like to try and go without MB for the next month hopefully. Its hard to even think about not MB cuz i've been MB for a long time and love it .. My last WD occured some years ago and I still remember it today. Since then I have had sexual dreams but never a WD . My sex life with my wife is not frequent since she has some medical issues so i usually have sex twice a month. When i MB i usually edge alot and sometimes i dont orgasm for a couple days . I do Kegels alot and just recently bought a PM. I used it once so far and thoroughly enjoyed it. So a question of mine would be since I edge alot sometimes not even touching myself and just doin kegels is that still considered MB? Also is it harmful to edge and not ejaculate? Thanks for any responses.
