I don't think they are caused by that, no. I think that wet dreams are more common than abuse, therefore abuse is unlikely the main cause of wet dreams.
Now, if you're asking the similar, but different question: Does abuse bring about wet dreams, then I really don't know. However, given that it can be more difficult for someone with sexual abuse in their past to get aroused or interested in sex, I presume it's also less harder for them to have a wet dream*.
*With wet dream meaning coinciding with nocturnal emission, not just a dream with sexual content.
