This is from the second post of the FAQ: How do I get a wet dream? thread. A lot of the other abbreviations there are rarely used, so the following are only the most commonly used terms and abbreviations at this forum:
(i) Question: What does 'T-buzz' mean?
(i) Answer: This is what people call the increase of testosterone and sexual energy caused by abstaining from orgasm.
(ii) Question: What does 'edge' mean?
(ii) Answer: To edge is to masturbate (MB,) but not until peak orgasm or ejaculation.
MB (masturbation - can be both mental and physical.)
NE (nocturnal emission - emission during the night while asleep, without a remembered dream.)
WD (wet dream - emission during the night while asleep, accompanied with a dream.)
SE (spontaneous emission/ejaculation - an emission that happens without any stimulation, during the day or night - when conscious/awake or semi-conscious/awake.)

Yeah, I think t-buzz more specifically refers to the high or
feeling you get from an increase of testosterone rather than just referring to the increase of testosterone and sexual energy caused by abstaining from orgasm.
