I'm interested to know why you always seem to need to go to the bathroom to urinate before having a WD? There are two sphincters (doughnut shaped muscles) that hold urine in your bladder. The one closest to your bladder is stronger and is normally closed, holding back the urine. When your bladder fills, this sphincter automatically releases to let urine flow out. If you have been toilet trained, you voluntarily close the sphincter further away from your bladder so you don't wet yourself. This is what happens when you become aware of the need to pee.

When you have an orgasm, waking or sleeping, the first sphincter remains closed, holding back the urine and keeping the semen from backflowing into your bladder. The first thing you feel when the orgasm starts is the second sphincter closing. It just feels like a muscle squeezing. The semen is forced from the vas deferens and seminal vesicle into the short section of uretha between the bigger sphincter and the smaller one. This portion of the uretha is slightly larger diameter and is called the "ampulla." The semen inflates the ampulla and pressure builds there. This causes the most pleasurable sensation of your orgasm. When the pressure and the pleasure are at their maximum, the second sphincter releases and the semen gushes out of the ampulla. The muscular contractions begin at that time.

When you have an orgasm, it feels like you are peeing because you are using the same nerves and muscles to allow the semen to escape as you use to allow the urine to escape.

I've actually did most of the things Jamie did. The camera was set-up to record the lower part of the body, rather then to zoom into directly towards the crotch (as in Jamie's video). It took alot of effort: I actually fell asleep with the lights on, and there were many nights that yielded with no dreams (pretty obvious). I actually became so frustrated that I basically wore underwear that were not entirely ideal for a depiction of a wet-dream (I planned on wearing boxer-briefs that were elastic and mildly tight on the crotch).

The reason this video weighs 120 Mbytes is because the total length of this video is approximately 10 minutes. I also used a very good video-camera. It is also in high resolution.

Here in WDForum, we usually think and come up with all sorts of theories. Following my video, I came to believe that a WD is something alot more individual than we originally thought - while Jamie's video and mine depict an actual wet-dream, those who wish to do so would find differences I find to be rather physiological or dream-related.

It's true, in many dreams we experience arousing triggers, and sometimes we ejaculate.
But whatever happens in between these two, is something alot more personal: I was (apparently) erect, and the member was throbbing wildly. I also noticed that I expelled alot of pre-cum. The ejaculation itself had a pretty big volume, and the contractions were very intense. I did not measure any times, or collected any data yet. I'll leave that to you guys.

The dream happened around 1:00, about 2 hours after I fell asleep.
The contents of the dream itself are still vivid in my memory (I also wrote them down):
I was naked, in a random dark room, my view fixated on my penis - It felt as if I needed to urinate urgently - the penis was throbbing in rhythmic patterns until eventually, I felt like I began urinating, and the orgasm came soon afterward. The orgasm: all I can remember was feeling very wet, and alot of contractions that lasted for a while, it was pleasurable.

I abstained for three months prior to this dream happening. The full details would probably come later.

You're going to need a working computer with a hard drive to save the large file size to. Try changing the settings in the camcorder to lower the resolution, and change the compression settings if possible, so the file size will be smaller.

Also, some tips to make it more comfortable on you: try sleeping with eye shades to block the light. Raise the temperature in your room if you can. Wear socks, and keep a blanket over your legs, while wearing a short T-shirt or long sleeve shirt - you don't need to be completely naked to capture what you want.
