hi wdf.. i have read and followed the advice here on and off for a while. This is a good place to get advice... thanks. I never really knew properly about wds till i read here a few years back. i had one random when 20 and thought it was something for teens that i missed out on and didnt know the wd alternative.
i havnt had a waking ejaculation this year and enjoy the wd alternative,I wish id tryed when younger. Im hoping to keep it up and posting every now and again might help support me and just go with my wd/purer lifestyle and let go of any old habits,.
internet filters have been a good way for me to avoid impulsive situations and soft porn/nudity, and i know although educational, porn can be problematic/compulsive for many and is so accessable now that it is seen as 'something everyone does' , where you used to have to go to back street stores/ lads mags etc.

Judging from your profile, you are rather experienced with WDs. How do you find WDing so far?

apeman, from what you said and your profile, you seem to have been averaging WD's 2 to 3 times per week since you quit MB this year. That is a very good transition! How long did you have to wait for your first one? Did they start to become frequent right after that?

Do you remember and enjoy the dreams? With WD's at that rate, are you able to look forward to your next WD without feeling much of a desire to MB? Do you have any more advice for guys who are having trouble getting WD's?

thank for the replies.. most of my wds were when i was abstaining last year, but i restarted forthe new year, so ive had 8. last year when settled in the wd mode i had one or two every one to two weeks, but some could be the next eve, some two weeks or longer?, though recently i had one two days after the last, and had my first after 7 days.

I find the 'wd mode' when single enjoyable, and i feel more balanced and better in general, like the T buzz comes back.
ive recently used a dream journal too so that helps me recall dreams. some are lucid and sexual or romantic situations, but some just dream mb or other strange situations.
i think thursdays advice was good that if you go two weeks, the urges start to lessen significantly...
