today i did something that i wont forgive my self for doing. I was too horny, and started watching porn. i didn't MB, but I precumed allot... now i have been abstaining for 7 days. will this decrease my chances to have a wet dream. again i didn't MB, i resisted, but still precumed allot.

Honestly.. yes I think it'll set you back a bit.. you've only abstained for seven days so you're near the beginning of your abstinence anyway. The best thing for you to do is learn from this (small) mistake and you'll be back on track. Once you've gone into WD-mode and have had a few WDs you can start looking at erotic stimuli again. My opinion on porn. (OT) is that if you're paying to see pictures or film of people engaging in sexual behaviour, this is no different to you paying a prostitute to MB or have sex with someone while you watch. Paying to look at nude models completely different because they're not being sexually exploited. Looking a porn. repeatedly, with or without paying, triggers detrimental neurochemical changes [please see: http://www.reuniting.info/science/three ... about_porn.] I'm in favour of freedom of expression, and against censorship so I believe in your right to look at porn. - personally though I believe porn. to be negative because it's sexually exploitative, while nude photography is positive because it portrays the beauty of the human form. To repeatedly look at photography that sexually stimulates you is also detrimental to your health, for the same reason porn. is. Looking at any type of visual erotic stimuli occasionally won't be likely to cause you or anyone else any harm. Even though occasionally looking at pornography doesn't usually cause anyone long-term damage, I don't think there's any reason to, and it's generally not helpful to you in anyway - even if looking on a one-off occasion without paying for it. Looking at porn. even occasionally, however, can have negative short-term consequences for people quitting MB, because it can cause you to desire MB (therefore cave in,) and it can delay your transition into WD-mode occurring.

yea i know but while on the internet, you never know where it comes from... it a mistake learned from. well for my age im suppose to get at least 1 wet dream every 2 weeks, i have been abstaing for 7 days now, so that means ill have to wait another 2 weeks then?

If you're not currently in WD-mode, you'll have to get into WD-mode first. So after about 30 days you'll be in pre-WD-mode, then you'll go into WD-mode with your first WD of this time period. After that your WDs will occur in a cycle.

You'll no longer 'need' to MB. If you currently 'need' to MB or have waking peak orgasms, you're dependent on orgasm. Once you become free from this dependence you'll enter pre-WD-mode .. if you're already free from this dependence you're in pre-WD-mode now. This mode will last until you have a WD, when you'll enter WD-mode.

You're welcome. You're just playing a waiting game now.. I had to wait from January 26 (when I had a WD) until March 7 for a WD (41 days,) since I MB'd a few times in January, enough to make me come out of WD mode for a short time. When I'm in WD mode the wait is usually 15 days maximum between WDs. I'm a young adult, you're an adolescent boy going through puberty, so there may be a difference in the frequency of our WDs.. or there may not be.

It takes two weeks for your prolactin level to return to normal (drop.) After that it takes you approximately another two weeks for your cravings to MB to go away, because it takes at least about one lunar month (30 days) for your brain to completely recover from you having regular waking orgasms.
