how can i avoid having a WD?,its for a medical reason. im trying to not mb but then ill end up having a wd after a week. is there anythinng which can stop a wd, even just to help put it off a few extra days. ive managed to get good at distracting myself from any thoughts, but is this bad if im trying to avoid a wd?

Welcome to this site! It's not quite clear whether you are trying to avoid MB for medical reasons or avoid WD's for medical reasons, and it's not clear what those medical reasons are.

But if you don't MB, and you are a healthy male, you can expect to get WD's. The best way to avoid getting WD's is to MB, but why not just enjoy the natural male pleasure of WD's and feel good about it?

Sorry, there is know sure way to avoid WDs.

But I do have suggestions:
1. Don't oversleep. Find a comfortable amount of sleep, and stick with it.
2. Find a sleep routine and try to stick with it. For example, not late one night, early the next.
3. Avoid changes in your routine use of drugs or alcohol.

I bet this won't work. But who knows, I offer it only because that is what I would try, if I were in your shoes.

I doubt it, unless you are highly adept at edging without retrograde ejaculation, and doing so would be maintaining routine. The key, in my little probably flawed theory, is to keep a routine, a habit.
