Can you describe some of things that happened for you and at what point since abstaining ? I've noticed a lot of improved changes in my health and I'm barely into the third week. Things such as resistance to cold weather, better digestion, calm nerves. What else can I expect + |

I haven't noticed things like that but I believe that I do better during workouts and I know that my mood stays fairly constant. (After an ejaculation, I generally feel very irritable and I am not generally an angry guy.) |

I’m right around the 3 week mark myself. After about a week, I noticed more energy and stamina especially when lifting weights at the gym. I was able to lift heavier weights for more repetitions than when I was MB. Also I felt a little more aggressive – not in a bad way but more like an attitude of, “Bring it on, I can handle it.” In other words, I felt more up to dealing with whatever challenges the day might bring.
The major problem for me was with problems sleeping. I started to really experience this a little after the 1 week mark; right after the “T buzz” kicked in. For several days, I was probably only getting 3-4 hours of good sleep. However, that problem started to diminish after about a week – about a little over 2 weeks into abstaining. I don’t know if my body was getting so exhausted it just started letting itself sleep or if it was due to the melatonin/valerian/ZMA combination I started taking at bed time.
Anyhow, just my experience with it so far. I’m interested in what the other guys on the forum who have been at it longer have experienced. |

I've been free from MB for many months, I can't remember exactly, and before I quit MB for good I had cut down to MB only once every few months. I used to suffer from bipolar disorder since I was about twelve, that's completely cured now, although I believe the cure was partly abstaining from orgasm and ejaculation, and partly from taking rhodiola rosea and other herbs and vitamin and mineral supplements. I feel more sexual energy, and I have more energy in general. I feel a sense of purity which is difficult to describe, I think you'd have to experience it to truly understand. My general health has improved, in the past I've had chronic pain, which has improved. I feel more desire to find 'true love,' before my sex drive was quenched by MB, now I believe it is better channelled.
I recommend taking rhodiola rosea and supplements* at the same time as abstaining from orgasm and ejaculation, because in my experience they complement each other to transform your health.
*Ginkgo biloba, Serotone 5HTP, organic (made from plants etc.) multivitamins and multiminerals, omega-3 and other fish oils, other amino acids, and herbs such as St. John's Word depending on your needs.

I've been noticing this for myself recently, I feel more aggressive but at the same time I don't feel the consequences if I vent it out, as in I can let out my anger in frustration but there's no downside from the stress, weird. I also feel the surge of energy so maybe if I start working out again I'll see faster changes.
thursday, I mostly avoid herbs and supplement. I eat a pretty strict vegan diet so I think I'm getting the necessary nutrients.

i've felt an increase in endurance both mentally and physically. i can do arduous tasks longer without overwhelming myself. also, i feel more positive about my self mentally, more confident i guess. |

Its day 24 now and i cant find any health changes, just a growing state of easy sexual arousal. Are there any herbes that can reduce those sexual feelings temporarily? |
